What and Who Are You Appreciating Today?
If your having a tough start to the day....take a moment and stop what your doing. Think about what makes you smile or happy.
If you can’t find those at the moment, be happy that you woke up, you can breath on your own, that you have vision to see the beautiful things around you, or that you have the ability to smile whether it’s fake or not. Remember some can’t see things, get out of bed and walk, breath independently or have the ability to talk or have hand moments to text.
Sometimes we need to take a step back and appreciate the small things!
Then send a text to a friend/family letting them how happy you are to have them in your life. I could change their day!
